Shantanu plays a key role in ensuring business continuity for the finance function and its strategic initiatives. A Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in multiple industries, Shantanu has been in senior leadership roles and functions in IT/ITES, Automobiles, Consumer Electronics Distribution & Retail, Real Estate & Hospitality.

His past stints include interim CFO roles with leading organizations, a partner in S Bahl & Co., an Associate Directorship in Crowe Advisory Services and an advisory role with a US-based Corporate Advisory firm specializing in corporate strategy, M&A, cross-border transactions and corporate restructuring.

Shantanu has also led top and bottom line initiatives, inorganic growth including M&A, equity based alliances and IPOs in organizations like NIIT, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Tata Autocomp Systems, DLF Corporation, Sapient Corp & among others. He is also a member of Lead Angels Network, an angel funding and support network.
