COPC 6.0

IGT was certified on COPC OSP 6.0 certification by COPC Inc. The COPC OSP Standards addresses specific Outsource Service Provider requirements like meeting & improving Operational & Qualitative metrics, HR processes & activities, work force management, hiring policies & processes, client needs, sales, business development, and managing client relationship for third parties providing customer support.

IGT was the first travel BPM to be certified COPC-2000® CSP Standard version 4.4 and has received regular surveillance audits and initiated others to benchmark its commitment to clients. COPC OSP 6.0 recognizes IGT’s consistent excellence in driving high performance levels in managing customer satisfaction, revenue, service, quality and costs.

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS 3.2)

IGT is the recipient of the coveted PCI DSS 3.2 certification from leading PCI DSS QSAC, Control Case. The PCI DSS is a world-wide benchmark mandated by credit card companies for the protection of cardholder identity and transaction information. It prevents credit card fraud, hacking and various other security vulnerabilities and threats. IGT successfully met the newest version of the PCI DSS compliance requirements. PCI DSS QSAC Control case conducted a meticulous audit process of IGT’s security measures used in protecting e-commerce customers and their data involving travel transactions.

ISO 27001:2013 Certification (Information Security Management System)

IGT has implemented a robust Information Security Management System (ISMS) that complies with the requirements of ISO 27001:2013. The comprehensive ISMS deployment safeguards the confidentiality, integrity & availability of all information related to customers, employees & organization. IGT is audited by an external certifying agency annually. Basis the audits outcome and compliance to the standards, IGT is recognized as ISO 27001:2013 certified facility by the certification agency.

International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402  Attestation

IGT is annually audited by an independent audit firm to conduct a Type II International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402 attestation for IT General Controls (e.g. Software Development Practices, Infrastructure Support Group (ISG), Information Security, Physical, Hiring and Onboarding along with Training controls) of IGT delivery locations to help its customer comply with the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.


IGT is a CMMI certified company that demonstrates specific compliance to CMMI-DEV(Development) Level 5 and CMMI-SVC (Services) Level 3. Maturity Level 5 is the highest maturity level of the CMMI which indicates IGT commitment to perform at an “optimizing” level and to continually improve its processes based on CMMI practices, and continuously evolve to adapt to changing needs of the stakeholders and customers.
