Building Block for Training Delivery

Travel school is a program under which IGT candidates go through stipend paid training. Successful candidates with limited experience and excellent voice skills can then be inducted into client Process Training.

Training module includes

  • Train on language, accent comprehension, culture
  • Effective sales techniques and customer service essentials
  • Email etiquette / chat essentials
  • Social Media (FB & Twitter)
  • Train on world geography, Travel & Airline terminologies, top destination & attractions, hotel types, FAB etc.
  • Training on key GDS such as Amadeus / Sabre / Worldspan

Successful training helps create “Travel Specialist” with better understanding of BPO work culture, Travel & GDS trained resources, call handling skills & understanding of customer service/sales attributes
