Alliance and Advisory Relations Manager


Job Description:

  • Create alliances with organizations / stake holders in ecommerce/Retail/CPG industry.
  • You will lead Advisory & Alliance Team & work closely along with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales & Delivery Managers to identify new partners for emerging & existing solutions.
  • Monitor & manage the partnership health on a periodic basis
  • You will heavily interact and work closely with strategic partners globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all activities related to building alliances and partnerships with different organizations – strategic, tactical and operational
  • Communicating Alliance activities within / outside organization
  • Lead cross functional efforts to build & manage a comprehensive partner ecosystem
  • Lead discussions with external agencies for strategic and tactical partnerships for increasing business and implementations
  • Contribute to overall sales strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities and provide a special focus on how we need to proceed on the alliance strategy with regard to these
  • Represent the voice of the partner to the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Regularly obtain feedbacks from our partners, formally and informally, and take corrective actions that drive us forward
  • Align our messages to the needs of the external market considering our strategic and tactical partnerships
  • Act as a thought leader & represent us in events as an ambassador for our products
  • Develop high-level relationships and leverage personal connects become the trusted consultant of our partners
  • Contribute in providing inputs that innovate and improve our business alliances processes
  • Contribute by providing contents to our learning and knowledge management initiatives

  • Strong understanding of all aspects of partner management – strategic, tactical and operational and/or business development
  • Excellent understanding of our product, industries, domains, clients, competitors and our strategic direction as a company
  • Very good understanding of technology and well versed with the latest design thinking principles
  • Excellent connects with industry leaders especially in the domains we operate in and also strong connects with different C Level Executives in our partner ecosystem
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship building skills
  • Experience working with developing strategy, business plans, building executive relationships and influencing cross functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Extremely high self-driven attitude, detail oriented, proactive and able to prioritize and manage workloads and meet critical project deadlines
  • Able to analyze data, look for trends and provide feedback to the team and management

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
  • At least 5 years of Alliance management experience
  • Total Experience: 12+ Years
