Sales Engineer

Manage the RFP/RFI process and develop proposals to secure multi-million-dollar enterprise deals across the Americas; develop AI-driven and cloud-based customer experience solutions to optimize interactions, reduce costs, and boost operational efficiency; oversee sales pipelines and forecasting to ensure consistent revenue growth and successful client acquisition; work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with client needs and drive business outcomes; forge partnerships with technology providers to enhance CX offerings and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions; ensure cross-regional collaboration for consistent delivery of tailored solutions that align with client goals and foster long-term business relationships.

Job location: 9721 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932. 

This position requires a Master’s degree in engineering (any field) or Business Administration plus two (2) years of experience as Sales Engineer/Executive, Business Development Manager or a related position.  Foreign educational equivalent accepted.

Offered Wage: 135,000 USD – 145,000 USD per year
