IGT wins fifth consecutive Great Manager Awards in India

The Great Managers Awards™, a People Business initiative, partnered with Economic Times and ET NOW; recognizes, identifies, and rewards organizations with “Great Managers” in India. The award enables participant organizations to benchmark, compare, and rank their managers across the industry.
For the fifth time in a row, IGT has won the Great Manager Award in the individual category with this year being the General Manager, Training who has bagged the award for her exceptional managerial skills. It’s also time for a double celebration for IGT, as we have won an award in the institutional category as well.
Ranking and nomination for the ‘Companies with Great Managers’ category are based on anonymous ratings. While the ‘Great Managers Award’ nomination is based on an assessment where the managers nominated by the organizations are assessed on the key managerial criteria based on the R-OPTI model and the feedback provided by the team members of the managers through a survey. Post the survey, the shortlisted managers undergo a one on one interview with the advisory panel.
