IGT Solutions (IGT) opens its 2nd delivery center in Europe to expand its onshore delivery ecosystem. Located in Barcelona (Spain), this is IGT’s 16th delivery center globally. IGT will provide multilingual digital contact center services to its global and European clients along with preparedness for future growth.

The new center will enable IGT to leverage skilled resources who are proficient in Spanish and other European languages. It will also help IGT expand its comprehensive travel portfolio and acquire new logos in the European market.
With a goal to further expand European delivery, IGT plans to open nearshore delivery centers to cater to German, Italian and French languages as well. The company is very excited to achieve a new milestone and looks forward to its growth in Europe.
