Location: Gurugram and Bangalore
To be able to provide customer service and support to travelers on Air, hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in mind various SLA’s like quality, abandon%, AHT, sales conversion & efficient customer service. Also to be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail. To be able to deal with customers from the Asia Pacific countries including India where it may be required to take few calls in Hindi language as well.
- 5 working days working, 2 Week off (Roster Off)
- Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7 (Rotational shifts)
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 Months BPO Experience required
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Drop out with BPO Experience can be considered.
Note: B.Tech/ BE/Technical Diploma less than 65% will only be considered.
