BPO Account Director (Travel Domain)

  • IGT Solutions is currently looking for Account Director; the successful candidate will be responsible to develop account level strategy for customer/s.
  • Overall leadership of the account in order to nurture the account from delivering the business objectives and providing an overall strategic direction

Vertical: Travel & Transportation/Airline/Hospitality/TTLH

Essential Experience:

  • 14 - 18 years of experience in account management
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue/profitability and customer satisfaction goals in USA region
  • Should have deep knowledge and understanding of the Travel technology market, Competition & Market trends in BPO industry
  • Develops and Establishes Short & long-term Strategies for account with respect to annual budgets and activity plan consistent with the agreed strategies
  • Build and Maintain Customer Alliances and partnership to drive for results
  • Provide strategic support to the shareholders on Business Plan Review/ implementation with quarterly and yearly reviews with customer and internal shareholders
  • Accomplish the account goals and objectives

  • Build and Maintain Global Alliances and partnership with Industry Relationships

  • Manage client expectations, participate in steering committee review meetings

Education:

A bachelor's degree is desired. M.B.A in marketing & sales is preferred.
