Job Responsibilities:
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
- Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
- Be forward thinking when designing or redesigning instructional learning programs; ensuring that they adhere to adult learning principles/theory, instructional design theory and related strategies
- With ease utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives
- Enjoy working with tight deadlines and providing valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs
- Creating instructional content that incorporates audio and video
- Create knowledge and skills assessments
- Evaluate learning effectiveness
Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, Mandate experience in E-learning content creation
- Organized and Methodical
- Proven knowledge on different instructional methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
- High end knowledge on LMS
- Experience in using different authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate 2019)
- Design and develop courses for different delivery modes (instructor led training, virtual training, self-directed learning, eLearning, etc.)
