Major Activities

Ensure that the goals are archived.

Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems

Review business statistics

Determine and document any areas that may need improvement.

Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards

Review and analyse the effectiveness of the modifications made.

BQ Management

Designing the Action Plan

Participate in the activities planned for the implementation of the SG-SST.

Properly use the facilities, elements of work and personal protection, assigned by the company for the performance of their work

Identify and report all unsafe conditions and acts that are evidenced in the execution of activities.

Report in a timely manner any incident or accident at work.

To seek the integral care of your health.

Provide clear, truthful and complete information about your health status.

Comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the SG-SST in the work of the company.

Educational Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate in any stream
  • ISO / COPC certification will be appreciated
  • Travel Diploma will be appreciated

Relevant Experience

  • Candidate must have 3 years of experience including 1 year of quality experience
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word and Excel).
  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge with Internet technology; familiarity with cable modem technology desired.
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
