Chief Customer and Revenue Officer

Working with IGT for over 16 years, Neelam is the Chief Customer and Revenue Officer of IGT Solutions. She has been a critical contributor to IGT’s growth over the last several years, leading a high performing global sales team based out of Americas, Europe, IMEA and APAC. Under her leadership, IGT has rapidly grown its core, strategic accounts while bringing on new customers across geographies and has been recognized as Deloitte’s Fast 50 Indian companies for four continuous years.

She is responsible for defining and creating the vision and strategy for the Global Sales Organization. Neelam has brought to IGT more than 25 years of experience and has successfully demonstrated extensive business development, sales force efficiency and people management within large, multicultural and international setups. She also comes with a deep understanding of global travel markets and IT service industry.

Before IGT Solutions, Neelam had worked on multiple assignments with Galileo, United Airlines and British Airways.
